Boracay. Remember this name (if you don’t already know it).
This small island in the Philippines has made in in the top list of best islands in numerous magazines.
Selected for its dream coastline and sunsets, Boracay is not even 7 km long and has a total area of barely 10 km2.
Its main attraction is a 4 km white sandy beach called White Beach, but it is also popular for its nightlife, diving and its many seaside hotels.
Lonely Planet believes that the island of Southeast Asia is at the heart of a tsunami of hype.

Travel + Leisure magazine has also been named one of the best islands in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine. The one he calls “beach bums, backpackers and party animals from all over the world” was ranked third in his list this year.
